Calendar
Courts across, time down. Drag across empty cells to create a booking, click a block to edit it, and drop in maintenance blocks to take a court offline. Bookings are colour-coded by payment status at a glance.
Pricing rules
Set a base price, then stack time-band rules with priorities. Each rule shows its band on a 24-hour ribbon, and RocketCourt warns you the moment two rules overlap, so you never accidentally undercharge a Friday night.
Members & CRM
Search by name, phone or email, then open a profile for spend, booking history, membership, private staff notes and a one-tap block for no-shows. It's a proper CRM, not a contact list.

Define tiers with a monthly price, a booking-window perk and a discount. Members subscribe from their own account; you see live counts and can comp a membership. Every payment lands in your connected Stripe, and refunds are one click, full or partial.

Reports
Pick a date range and see net revenue after refunds, paid bookings, cancellations, revenue by court, your top members and your busiest hours. Export the lot to CSV for your accountant.
Website editor
Your branded landing page, hero, photo gallery, amenities, map, coaching, pricing strip and membership cards, all editable from a simple form, with the real site previewing live beside it. Blank fields fall back to smart defaults.
Staff & audit log
Add staff with owner or staff roles, owners see billing, payments and settings; staff get the day-to-day. Every sensitive action (refunds, pricing changes, member blocks) is written to an append-only audit log with who did it and from where. The incumbents don't surface this.
